1. Breakfast – Stir in crunchy muesli or your favourite cereal
2. Cream & Crème Fraiche Alternative – Double Cream (Approx. 48% fat), Crème Fraiche (Approx. 27% Fat), TOTAL 0% (Zero% Fat!)
3. Snack - Add fresh, seasonal fruit or a tasty fruit coulis
4. Wimbledon Classic Alternative – Strawberries & TOTAL
5. Dip – Sweet Potato & Coconut Dip - Puree 200g roasted, skinned sweet potato, add 100g coconut cream, 150g TOTAL & 1tsp chopped Parsley – Delicious!
6. Smoothies – Blend 275ml oranges & passion fruit juice, 1 banana, 50g blueberries & 300g TOTAL for a succulent smoothie.
7. Tzatziki – Mix with grated cucumber, garlic, chives, dill, mint & a dash of olive oil
8. Cake Icing –Mix 100g TOTAL,100g soft cream cheese,50g butter,75g icing sugar
9. Mayo Alternative - Potato Salad – Mix cooked, lightly crushed potatoes with onion, TOTAL, lemon juice, parsley & chives. Season to taste.
10. Mashed Potato – Mix in TOTAL instead of butter and milk for a deliciously creamy accompaniment.
11. Treat yourself - Natural Face Pack – For a cool skin refresher after a hard day at work - Mix in few slices of pureed cucumber, apply to face, relax for ½ hour & rinse.
12. Marinade – Tenderises meat due to the natural acidity of the yoghurt - Saffron Yoghurt Marinade: Mix TOTAL with dry oregano, saffron powder, turmeric, salt & pepper. Marinate meat, leave for 24 hours, cook as per instructions.
13. Coleslaw – Mix with strips of onion, carrot, cabbage, onion, sultanas, pumpkin seeds, 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil & 1 tsp cider vinegar 17. On it’s own with a drizzle of honey – A traditional Greek Serving Suggestion!
14. Eton Mess – Mix with 4 roughly crushed meringue nests, ½ punnet chopped strawberries, ½ punnet raspberries & a splash of brandy (Optional) for a deliciously quick & scrumptious dessert.
15. Healthy Pud - Add a large handful of blueberries & teaspoon of honey to a pot of 0% for a healthy pud.
16. Quick Dip - Mix a pot of TOTAL, a tablespoon of ketchup, a tablespoon of mayonnaise & a clove of crushed garlic for a delicious dip (really good with grilled prawns) (chill for at least an hour).
17. Soup - Cook a half a butternut squash in 1 pint of chicken stock, once cooked, add a pot of TOTAL & blend into a thick soup.
18. Salad Dressing - Mix lemon, olive oil, honey & TOTAL in a jam jar, shake together & serve as a salad dressing.
19. Pasta - Cook pasta, drain, add TOTAL & shredded smoked salmon, mix & season for a quick supper.
20. Curry - When finishing a curry stir in a spoonful of TOTAL for a delicious creamy texture just before serving.
21. Sauce - Combine pesto, a clove of garlic, some fresh basil & a pot of TOTAL & heat gently for a creamy pasta sauce.
22. Gourmet Chicken - Flatten two chicken breasts with a wooden rolling pin, place some blue cheese in the middle & roll up. Wrap the chicken parcel with a slice of parma ham & place on a bed of washed spinach sprinkled with grated nutmeg. Cover with tin foil & bake in the oven for 20 mins, top the chicken with 300g of TOTAL & replace foil & place back in the oven for 10 minutes longer.
23. Baby Food - Mix a teaspoon of TOTAL into a cube of pureed fruit for a delicious baby pudding.
24. Frozen Yoghurt - Frozen yoghurt is a healthier alternative to ice cream & equally delicious, whisk 2 egg whites & 50g of caster sugar until stiff. In another bowl, mix 600ml of TOTAL with two tablespoons of milk & 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence. Fold in the egg whites & freeze. After three hours mash with a fork to breakdown the ice crystals, repeat after two hours & return to the freezer for at least 3 hours before serving.
25. Coronation Chicken - Use leftover turkey or chicken to make a coronation chicken, but replace the mayonnaise with TOTAL for a healthy but delicious alternative.
26. Exfoliator - Mix in ground almonds for a gentle exfoliator. The ground almonds release their essential oils & massage into the skin to leave it silky soft & smelling delicious.
27. Indulgent Beauty Treatment - Natural hair conditioner – Beat in 1 egg yolk, apply to hair, leave for 30 minutes & rinse. Wash hair with gentle shampoo – Adds shine, softens & conditions the hair.
28. Pavlova - When making pavlova, add spoonful of Grand Marnier & some honey into TOTAL. Spread over the meringue. Top with strawberries for a healthy dinner party pud.
29. Brandy Butter - Heat 50ml brandy & 4 tsp Demerara sugar until the sugar has completely dissolved. Leave to cool before using a blender to mix in 500g TOTAL and half tsp ground cinnamon. Scrumptious served with Christmas pudding or mince pies.
30. Summer Accompaniment - Apricot & Mint Dip - Mix 500g TOTAL, 12 dried, diced apricots, 2 cloves cruched garlic and 1tsp chopped mint. Season to taste. Chill for 30 minutes.
