Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Chilling time min 2 hours or over night
Ingredients
50ml Malibu
4 wooden skewers
½ mango, peeled and diced into 8 pieces
8 cherries, cut in half with stone removed
8 strawberries, cut in half with stalk removed
1 kiwi, peeled and cut into 8 slices
2 slices pineapple, peeled, de cored and cut into 8 slices
500 TOTAL Greek Yoghurt
Method
Soak the wooden skewers in cold water for 20 minutes
Thread the fruit on each skewer.
Place in a flat dish and pour over the Malibu.
Refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours, or overnight.
Place the fruit kebabs on a serving dish and pour over the juice.
Serve with a large spoonful of TOTAL Greek Yoghurt
Chef’s tip: You may not think starting the day with alcohol is the best thing, so here is a great trick to get rid of most of the alcohol: Warm a pan on the stove, pour in the Malibu and light it. You will burn of most of the alcohol but leave the great flavour of the Malibu.
