quality control

To make sure that TOTAL Greek yoghurt and FAGE FETA made to the highest standard, we implement a strict system of quality control in our production process. This includes:

  • Complete control of the raw materials used to produce our products. The main material is milk and we follow and check the quality of the farms supplying it to us during production.
  • Making product safety checks throughout the production process – from raw material to the finished product.
  • Implementing the hazard critical control point (HACCP) for every production line to fully ensure the safety of our products.
  • Operating with a quality assurance system in accordance with ISO 9001:2000 for dairy products production.
  • Carrying out factory self-examination checks. These are undertaken by specialist scientists under the EE guideline 89/662.
