- At last I have found something that is low fat, low carbs, natural and so delicious. Your TOTAL 2% fat natural yoghurts are a revelation. I've just eaten one for breakfast with strawberries and it's like eating strawberries and cream. I've told all my friends about them and now everyone is buying it! I've even used it to make coleslaw and everyone said how amazing it was. The TOTAL 0% yoghurt is also an amazing product. You have made delicious healthy food so easy. - Discovering TOTAL Greek Yoghurt has changed the way I cook. I’ve read a few recipes on your site and it had never occurred to me that I could use something like this to make a variety of sauces, add to stir fries etc. Also, I have just tried the TOTAL Yoghurt with honey Split Pot which is fabulous for my daughter's pack up and for a healthy snack for me.
